I have narrow nostrils and whenever I take a strong breath through my nose my nostrils close up from the suction. I can't flare my nostrils either so I have to breath through my mouth unless I breath litely. Is there a surgery that can fix this or make my nose stronger? I really noticed I had a problem when I took yoga and I couldn't breath deep through my nose.

Nose job is very safe nowadays. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges Tummy tuck, Liposuction surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Fly2india4health Consultants. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients, as all surgery is not covered by insurance or by the stinking NHS.

They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor I personally believe that your Tummy tuck, Liposuction surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of Healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

My cousin got her Tummy tuck, Liposuction surgery done there and she is more than very happy with the results. She is all praise for Fly2india4health Consultants. She paid just 20% of the cost what she was quoted in USA and it was like a wonderful vacation for her. Hope this helps

Ohhhh, that's actually a little funny in a cute way, not a mean way! Well, I have never heard of anyone actually NEEDING a nose job, seems like everyone trys to just change their image these days. You sound like a good candidate if their is such a surgery. Look around on line and next time you go to see your primary care doctor mention that to him or her. Don't be embarrassed to ask what is the worst that could happen, nothing?! Also, nose jobs are really pricey and very pain full. You need the $$$ and support from someone to take care of you in both areas, so keep that in mind too. And good luck!

I used to have breathing problems with my nose after breaking it a few times. The cartilage was built up. I ended up getting corrective surgery. What really helped was the sinus clearing that my surgeon did. I have never been able to breath this good through my nose in my life! I also have never had boogers this big either! I would look into it. It certainly helped me with my deep breathing meditation.

oh i think a steel implant is a good idea, like a nose filler upper. nose stints- i love it. Maybe you could get external ones, all chrome and it would be a fad like grillz

You might have a deviated septum. Your insurance may even cover it. Just go to your Dr. and discuss it.
