Only if you get a fit for work certificate from your dr.
Without it your workplace is not covered by it's insurance for you, so if you were to have an accident they would be in big trouble.
Best to stay home till sick note runs out, or go back and see your dr for a fit to work certificate if you really want to go back now!

You can only return to work,
when the doctor, signs you back, as fit for work.
I am glad you are feeling so much better .
Go to the doctor and he will check you out
If you are fit for work ,
he will give you a date,
that you can return, to your job
Then you can contact work
and tell them the date, you will be returning ;
I know it seems like a 'rigmarole',
but it is to ensure, you do not go back too soon
and become unwell again because of this .
Bear with it and stay well

for sure no birth control is one hundred% sensible, in spite of the undeniable fact that that's no longer very likely. I had very similar indicators March-June. all started with breast tenderness, nausea, and unusual cravings. without note I had to pee each of the time. I received some weight, and prefer you, I actually have always been underweight/borderline proper weight. I received exceedingly a lot 10 pounds. This went on for a sturdy 3 months, and that i finished up switching birth control instead of having my next shot. My body nevertheless isn't back to regularly occurring (I nevertheless am yearning strange issues) yet frequently that's helped.

I did recently before my sick note expired. I suppose I should have been signed off by my doctor but I couldn't be bothered. So I should think it would be ok if you are sure but don't take my word. To be sure I would see your doc as you don't want a relapse.

You do need a Med 3 final, stating you are fit to return to work, without this your employer can't let you back. To obtain this your GP must actually see you and assure himself that you are fit.

I think you shouldn't return to work until you see a doctor, because you might go back to work and start feeling bad all over again

Do you get paid while your home on sick? If yes why do you want to go back so soon. Take the time to relax you might not get this time again.

You need to get a note from your doctor to sign you off the sick.

I'm a Team Leader and no I'm afraid you can't, the company you work for would not be covered by their insurers should you become ill or have an accident in the workplace, so any responsible employer would not allow you back until your sicknote expires.
