In theory, if you watch your oral intake and keep it below your caloric burn you will definitely lose weight. Remember that muscle weights more than fat and that the areas that are 'bulking' up are supposed to be that way. Also, increase muscle mass helps to boost your metabolism as it burns more calories at rest. Keep eating sensibly, drink plenty of plain water and stay away from junk food. Best of luck.

You will be healthier that is for sure. However remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so don't let the initial weight gain fool you. You should go more by the amount of inches you are loosing and your body mass index. This will help you get a better idea of how you are improving since working out.

NO!
The density of muscle is much more than the density of fat.
The good thing is that you will look a heck of a lot better...but you may actually gain (good) weight.
If your goal is just to lose weight...cut down on the calorie intake.

well u dork(ha ha ha ha ha sorry but dork!) i have started working out and I'm slI'mming out but im only gaining weight. to me that would have been a problem but that's a good thing that means its effective muscle and the girls/boys love the nice, emotionally open, strong type. you know i wouldn't worry about it if i were you because worrying Leeds to stress and stress Leeds to bad weight gain so don't stress out about it. that's my advice to you so go and be strong and love it. enjoy it while it lasts ~deep deep in love!~
