How can you tell if you have kidney stones?

Sometimes I get side pains practically in the left kidney. I was told to drink a lot of water. I had an x-ray test and found that there were no kidney stones. But lately I feel like there is pain as though something is poking my kidneys. Sometimes I feel like throwing up and feel water coming out of my mouth. I have dry mouth also. Is this the results of kidney stones? About a week ago… I had problems urinating like little would come out. But this has stopped.

Dehydrated everyday and Kidneys feel like poking sensation?

Everyday I feel dehydrated and I need to take more water. I even feel as though I could feel my kidneys—like a poking sensation. I have had a history of kidney stones and medication has dissolved them. I told a doctor about my kidneys… but I don’t think he understands. He doesn’t check my heart as I thought he would, nor does he request to get kidneys x-rayed. He is a doctor so I guess I should trust him?

My beloved dad died very suddenly, recently.?

He was not that old, and he died unexpectently. I keep dreamin about him all the time, that he is still alive,and then I wake up in the morning and I feel overwhelmed by grief again. I have been dreaming that he was stroking my cheek as I lay in bed and on a couple of occasions I have woken up and swore blind that I can still feel stroking on my cheek, as though this is actually happening. Could this be my imagination or am i going mad?

help me, i think i'm ill :(?

Last saturday i went to a party and drank alot, i also smoked over 10 ciggerretes, now, i used to smoke, a year ago, i wasnt heavy, at most i had 3 a day.But it is now thursday, and i have had a cold, i keep going really hot and then really cold, so my tempretures all over, i feel sick in the mornings.At first i thought i could be pregnant, but i've never had sex.ha,I keep getting paranoid over everything too.
I can't decide whats wrong with me.
