Oh you poor thing

Ok, firstly HYDRATE (drink loads of water) and get some rest! Eat healthily and get some cold and flu tablets (day and night) from your nearest pharmacy (ensure that you're the right age). You're not pregnant and you're only paranoid because you know you did something you shouldn't have (drank heaps and smoked). You'll be ok. Give it time. If it doesn't go away in 4 days see a doctor!

Go smoke some more mayb that would help!! *tsk tsk*

To know paranoia, you need to start with the simplest symptom: fear. Now know that a paranoid person may feel anything people who are very afraid can feel. [1] For instance, the person's heart may race or feel like it will beat out of the person's chest. [2] The person's breathing may get faster or the reverse; it may get slow and shallow. [3] The person's mind may race, or it may freeze and go totally blank. [4] The person's eyes may dart, or they may avert anything which moves. And so on.

I think you should see a Doctor please to be safe :)

Sounds like a flu to me. However, not knowing your age, weight, history, etc, nobody could give an accurate diagnosis. If rest doesn't make you feel better after a day or two, go to a doctor. If you start feeling worse, also, you should go to a doctor.

It's just that time of year, and what you did at the party has nothing to do with it.

It sounds as though you have influenza. Take paracetamol and sleep
