Sleep on the floor?
Or put rails on your bed?
Or sleep in the middle of the mattress.

When you fall asleep, your brain releases chemical agents that paralise your body which keeps you from moving a lot when you sleep; With most people, the chemicals automatically stop as soon as you wake up and register it in your brain, but some people have experienced sleep paralysis, meaning that even after they wake up, their body is still gripped in paralisis, that they cannot move for at least 30 seconds, even though they are fully awake.
The only thing for that is t wait until the chemicals wear off in your body, which can be scary the first time you wake up not knowing what is going on.

Normally, the brain induces "sleep paralysis" - it keeps you from moving around so much that you fall out of bed...

If you are having trouble staying put, you should visit a sleep center to make sure your sleep cycle isn't out of wack.

If you fall out of your bed, *woooooo~weeeee!* you must be having a dream on a six-legged cow with hot iron for hooves.. well' you can always try to get a (no idea what's it called) i think a bed guard? well, it stays at one side of a bed to prevent falling. but makes it look like a baby's cot. or try putting pillows at each side of you like as if guarded by them when you twist or turn when you're sleeping you'll probably grab 'em then get too engrossed in the pillow to even move anymore..

I used to have this problem all the time. What I started doing was sleeping in a coffin. You can't fall out of a coffin.

Put 1 or 2 pillows on each side of your body. Unless you are rolling over violently these should keep you in place.
