what can i do or wear so i don't wet the bed please help?

i been wetting the bed since i was young
i went to the doctor and he told me to just put a plastic sheet on the bed but i still wake up wet i don't want to wake up wet in my bed
So please can you people help me i am not lying ok

i am 14 years old i weigh 105 and i am 5 foot 2 incges i am 8 th grade ok i a,m not an adutl yet

Restrict fluids close to bedtime. Wear pull ups or depends to absorb the urine. See a different dr! There are some medications that help control bed wetting!

Assuming that you are an adult or at least of an adult size, they have special undies for that sort of thing... also you may want to find yourself another Dr. just telling you to put a plastic sheet on your bed doesn't seem really professional to me. You should find a Dr that can help you find out why you wet the bed and what you can do to solve it.

That has to be embarrassing for you.

Try not drinking anything after dinner. Empty your bladder before bed. Get up during the night and go to the bathroom. Have your parents take you to a specialist. Your bladder may not be growing as quickly as your body.

imipramine hydrochloride (tofranil,janimine) an tricyclic antidepressant is an effective drug for treatment of anuresis..enuresis in children over six year of age has been accepted as possible use for imipramine indoses upto 2.5mg/kg or 50mg daily at the bed time.beside take less water in the night and pass the urine before going to bed.this my personnel experience in treating my son anuresis.
