What is the clear liquid inside of a blister that hasnt popped yet???

I played tennis for 4 hours and have this HUGe blister on my hand. It must have a good tablespoon of clear liquid in it. I am tempted to poke it with a needle and drink from it if I get thirsty in the middle of the night.

No but really, what is it and what should I do with it?

My breathing has become heavy....?

A couple of hours ago I dyed my mom's hair. The dye had a very strong smell of ammonia, and it sort of made me sick. Ever since then my breathing has become very heavy. Is this normal?

what if you sleep in your contacts?

ive been told that if yuo sleep in yuor contacts that the viens in your eyes dont get very much oxygen to your eyes but ive slept in my contacts for a little while but they haven't been bothering me very much

Sick and tired of being SICK AND TIRED!?

Is there any reason why I would be sick all the time? I'm sick usually twice a month, then I get better, then I'm sick again! My doctor insists its normal but I don't think it is. It sucks so much to be sick all the time and I would like to know if someone out there or someone you know is sick all the time and if they/you know what is wrong with them/you. Usually I have the flu, cold or strep throat. Please help me with my situation!! Thank-you in advance to anyone that answers!

Pilonidal cyst?

OK, I think I had a pilonidal cyst a few days ago. I've had them before, but it's been sooo long since I've had one that I don't really remember how things go. I felt the cyst, and it was painful to sit down, as I do remember...but my buttcrack (I really hate that word) felt wet. So I checked it out with a mirror and tissue, and those little holes in the buttcrack that I think most people have were oozing liquid...somewhat bloody. Stupid me played around with the area and oozed as much as I could out of there. Well, now the area (the crack mostly...ugh) is red as could be, it's sore and painful, and now I think yet another one (or two) or those holes are developing and oozing again. Is that still the cyst? Or is it from me irritating it? I'm too embarrassed to call my doctor, and my mom will have to take me and she's going to ask why I'm making a dr's appt.

Is there anything you can do if you are lactose intolerant?

Everytime I drink milk, buy a coffee from Starbucks, or get a smoothie, I get a really bad stomach ache. For the past couple of days I have been drinking things with milk in it even though I knew I probably shouldn't, and then today I had really bad cramps and diarrhea. Sometimes I forget about being lactose intolerant because I am still able to eat things like cheese and yogurt, and then I suffer later. Is there anything I can do to be able to tolerate milk again, or is cow's milk not that good for you anways? I just became lactose intolerant this year & I'm 14.
