It is best to eat three small healthy meals a day with three healthy snacks in between to prevent blood sugar highs and lows which in turn cause overeating and eating unhealthy suggary snacks. It is better to plan ahead for these meals and snacks so you know that they are healthy. things like raisins, grapes, celery and p. butter or apple and p. butter, almonds, hard boiled eggs, yogurt with cultures, saltines and cheese, fruit cups in own juice. There are many healthy snacks and preparing to have them near when you feel that urge to eat is winning the battle. You set yourself up to win. Fruit, small salads, anything to fill the void, all whole grain cereal and breads stave off hunger and the fiber is good for you. So, plan ahead. Cut slice and make small containers to grab. Use a smaller plate for mealtimes and seconds are allowed if it's salad or veggies. Broiled, grilled and steamed meat the size of your palm is a serving, no more. Protien is good for you and keeps hunger away too. Also drink water and use lemon to flush out impurities and balance the ph in the body. Good luck. More advice thatn you asked for Sorry! Don't forget to have that one thing you can't live without once in a while to reward yourself for being so good. That's part of life too and enjoy every bite!!!

No, but I've heard that it's good to eat SIX small meals instead of three big meals a day--kind of like splitting up the three in halves, you know? It keeps your digestive tract moving at a good pace, or so I've heard.
