I have fluid in my left lung's cavity, while breathing i feel a sharp pain on alternating spots throughtout the left side of my body, from my left side at the same level of my belly-bottom to the left side of the base of my head, i have low platelets, pain in my knees and left wrist, and I feel ichy everywhere, especially the feet. Also, if I take to big of a breathe, I have to cough and when I do, my heads hurts for it's duration. Sometimes, my head hurts for no apparent reason. Oh, I had an MRI scan taken three day ago and they found white marks on the basal ganglia.

Well, it all started out 4 years ago when me and my brother were jumping off of swings. Yeah I know pretty dumb. But I did it and landed on the side of my foot and colapsed. Well, I couldn't walk on it for like... a week. In total it hurt for 1 year. I was in a different country and/or contenent and didn't go to the doctor. Pretty dumb also. Well, after that it hurt whenever I just hurt it alittle it would hurt a lot. I'm going to the doctor but I have 2 wait for my mom to get back from a trip. What does it sound like 2 u? I also heard a loud crack when I landed. Does that mean I broke it? Is it possible that I broke it and it didn't grow back corrctly? What should I do? Do u think it is serious? surgery? Im only 12 FYI.

*how do they re break your bone if it hasn't grown back correctly?*

I do like chocolate, but rarely eat it. I usually can go for weeks, months without even thinking about it (I do drink milk with chocolate once or twice a week, but I don't think this counts).

These last couple of weeks, I have been eating chocolate (dark chocolate) two to three times a day, which is very unusual, for me, especially in the midle of Summer, when the weather is too hot for this, where I live.

I almost never eat sweets or desserts, and don't use sugar, so I don't think this is about the sugar. And I'm not depressed or sad. Worried and tense, yes, but not sad.

What could be causing this sudden chocolate craving?

Thank you for your answer, and have a wonderful day! :)

New data reported today suggest that lung cancer is prevalent in women who are non-smokers, but who live with smokers. Can you put someone ahead of your nasty habit and save their lives instead of demanding they live and breathe in a carcinogen-filled home?

I have had two parathyroid operations. In my last operation I was told that they took out all except for a half or left one good parathyroid gland. I take potassium and two calcium medication daily. I also get blood drawn for calcium every month and I see my regular physical doctor and my surgeon. What happens if my calcium is too low—besides the numbness feelings of the hands, legs or arms and the mouth?

There is a drug that I require that is only available via private prescription in the UK. However, is it ok to buy the drug online and have it imported? I read somewhere that it's not an issue to have medications imported into the UK so long as they are for personal use? Is that correct?

Lets say you’re a paramedic… you come across a patient who is frightened and appears he is not breathing, he starts shaking and does not have a pulse—they appear unresponsive so you verbally tell them to take breaths and administer oxygen. You cannot get blood pressure. Would you evaluate the patient had anxiety from the beginning and it progressed into a seizer? I know EMS gets medical training but I just wanted to know what they would evaluate in this situation and what they would do.
