alcohol has many side effects if consumed incessantly.it affects the decision making power in the brain n our orientation towards normal activites.it shd be consumed moderately.moderately means 60ml in a week or so.that is good for the body.if taken in excess it increases the blood pressure n liver gets damaged.it also increased the cholestrol.so avoid its consumption everyday.and go for better healthy life.
