My neck cracks and pops and I have limited mobility when trying to turn it. It is real stiff in the mornings especially. I catch real grief when it gets cold outside. Any idea what is wrong with me? Any advice on how I can fix it?

Well I think you should see a chiropractor, and a doctor maybe. But in the mean-time ice-hot pack it. I understand how you feel I get kinda stiff when its cold. Take it easy man.

Hope you feel better. :)

See a chiropractor and a person trained in deep muscle massage this combination may need a few sessions but it will be beneficial.
