This is a natural herb that does the exact same thing as an anti-depressant without all the side effects. It also helps you to lose weight! I find that the "NOW" brand in the orange bottle works the best. You have to play with the dose to find what works best for you. Good luck!!!

Laura, talking about and recognizing your feelings is a great first step. You're experiencing a number of different things; lack of energy, things that once interested you do not, and headaches.

Depression is something that affects millions of people across the world, and sadly goes untreated or unrecognized. I urge you to speak to your physician, a trusted counselor at school (if you are still in school), if you are employed ask about your companies employee assistance program (many times you can get sessions for free) - whatever you decide that's your decision. However, I strongly suggest you seek some guidance outside of yahoo answers, or other ways. A professional is unbiased and there to help.

You've already taken the couple first steps 1) recognizing it and 2) reaching out. I wish you the best.

Yes, I'm not a Dr. and I don't even play one on TV! but we've all been there before! I've tried the Rx thing and I firmly believe that its all crap! What worked for me, was to motivate myself, and just get out of the house, and do things that made me happy... get rid of anyone in your life who's bringing you down, and don't do shiznit that makes you feel anxious & unsure about yourself.

For you, the Rx may work... i'm just sayin' I tried it... and it made no difference to me, I had to pro-actively make things happen for myself... I'm not as crazy as Tom Cruise, but I do believe that the mind is a powerful thing, and if you can control that, you can control many things... or at least have an understanding of what's going on, and being able to conciously changing it.

Good luck man, Really!!!
