Would I be put in rehab or some place for psyco people?

I dont want to commit suicide. Infact, I love life. I'm just curious of what would happen.

You would be Baker Acted, in which you can be held for up to 72 hours pending evaluation by a psychiatrist. If they thought you were okay, you'd go home. (They wouldn't think you were okay, so you'd be transferred to a pysch unit)
If you are seriously considering hurting yourself, you need to talk to someone. There are plenty of free counseling services - no one that you would be embarassed to tell has to know.

If it didn't work you would be one lucky person. And would it be so bad to be someplace where you could get some help? Believe me as one who has been close there is nothing worth killing yourself over. I was reading about a guy who jumped off the golden gate bridge and lived. you want to know what he thought as his hand left the railing. I screwed up I want to live. and he did and he was able to beat the depression and hoplessness after that. no matter what life is worth living. find someone you can talk with. hang in it gets better

Yes, you would. Why would you want to kill yourself. I have been there when I was younger. But, one thing I have learned when you go through hard times it builds character, makes you wiser and stronger. Things always get better, it may not be over night, a week, month, or years but it will. I am sending good energy your way take care!
