ok so yea i have had this cough for the past few weeks and a little bit ago i coughed so hard i threw up ive never had that happen with a cough before. but i dont feel like i have the stomach flu either. i just wanna know if its a normal thing

Ok so I have been sick three times this motnh (within 4 weeks) and have had 3 courses of antibiotics, I am currently on my third in the month. I first got a sore throat (sore throats are very dangerous to me), then a v. bad flu and now i have a chest infection. In addition to the antibiotics I have taken many other medicines (decongestants, anti-histamines, panadols etc.). Yesterday i had two sips of vodka and now my kidneys are feeling sore. Could it be because of the medicines I am taking or should I expect an infection? thanks!

I'm attending a few outside events soon and I have a problem with maintaining my body heat. I've tried wearing 2 pairs of gloves, wool socks, heat packs... but nothing seems to keep me warm when I'm out in this cold weather for extended periods of time... does anyone have any suggestions? Preferences on clothing/shoe brands or heat making/insulation tips are all extremely welcome.

i cant afford to live in a place without my mom cause i have to work and have my mom watch my child. but my older brother lives with us and i caught him smoking weed in his room. second hand smoke goes through the cracks of the door and through the vents. and i got furious cause my new born is in the room across from his. he said he wouldnt do it anymore but i caught him again! i would just leave but i cant afford to live anywhere else right now without my moms help. does anyone know where i can get some pictures of a baby effected by marijuana or some info to show him what he has done to her the last couple of days( we just got this place on the 19th so we have only lived with each other 2 days.) to make her stop or i will insist on him leaving or me and my daughter leaving to another relatives or something.

and also if you dont have an answer that answers my question and all you got to do is critisize me or make jokes,save your energy, grow up, and i dont mind reporting you at all

I feel like throwing up?
I couldn't eat bananas they wanna make me throw up even the sight of it and tomatoes yuck but I never felt this way,I coudn't even eat the slightest bite if a fruit or vegetable this morning. Im not pregnant because im a virgin.

I have a medical condition that - when it flares up - creates overwhelming fatigue. I was wondering what nutritional advice out there that people with actual chronic fatigue would be able to give me?
I'm just asking because I know that so many are frustrated with the inability of modern medicine to deliever relief become rather savy when it comes to supplements.

I have heard different things. I have heard it causes arthritis but also heard it is healthy to crack them because it rids calcium deposits. I crack my knuckles about 10 times daily. I crack my neck about 8 times daily and my back about once a day. Is this unhealthy? It feels good when I do it and afterwards.

My mother smokes at least 2 cartons of ciggs a day, she is also verbally abusive towards me, making it extremely difficult for me to talk to her, it also crosses out the whole "I want you to be there when I graduate" thing out the window, or any other "I love you and want you to be there" things b/c she hates me and would never do anything for me anyways.

I have tried talking to her but it either ends up w/ my crying b/c she called me a worthless b*tch, or she slapped me, and then she sits at the computer smoking again.

I have been having trouble breating, and whenever I have a problem with breathing (Coughing, choking, gagging), around her, she yells at me.

How can I get her to quit?

I have tried stealing her ciggs, telling her about how I feel, I have tried nearly EVERYTHING!!

My mom is plain mean, and something that invloves sympathy would never work. How can I make her quit!?

I have found a great deal of info on the web about the dangers of aspartame, which contains 50% phenylalanine. But what about all the products that are just using phenylalanine as a substitute for sugar? What are the dangers of phenylalanine, on its own, not as a part of aspartame? Should we cut it out of our diets completely?
