I've heard that smoking cigarettes causes lips to thin, is this also true for cigars and pipes?

It causes the skin around the lips to thin and therefor makes them drawn in. Haven't you seen old ladies with that feathery lipstick look? I imagine this happens with cigars too, not sure about pipes. It happens over a long time.

Uh, yes. Any smoking will do this!
