I have heard different things. I have heard it causes arthritis but also heard it is healthy to crack them because it rids calcium deposits. I crack my knuckles about 10 times daily. I crack my neck about 8 times daily and my back about once a day. Is this unhealthy? It feels good when I do it and afterwards.
