What is the So Called RBS in the CBC counting?

My sister had her check up in blood ....and the doctor told her that her RBS is quite low...? we just cant figure out what does RBS stand for? and what is the actual works of RBS in our body?

Normal RBS (random blood sugar) of 140-160 at most.
Its an idicator test for diabetes and diabetes risk.
