Calm down. If you need to empty your stomach, you will feel better afterwords. Now don't bother about fruit, but have something comforting, like Grandma's Tummy Mint Tea from Celestial Seasonings, or even a cup of plain black tea, if your used to it. Let your tummy calm down completely, then have something like toast or some crackers, and start your digestion working again slowly.
Of course, if it does not calm down in a day or two, you may have something serious going on, and you should see a doctor.

Drink ginger ale that's had all the bubbles stirred out (flat ginger-ale). If you can eat at all, eat only bland foods, saltines, dry toast and clear liquids like chicken broth until your stomach settles. Make sure you can take in fluids because you don't want to get dehydrated. If you can't drink and you start vomiting and having diarrhea that lasts for more than a day, you may need to go to the hospital to get hydrated. Take your temperature a couple times a day to see if you have a fever. I hope you feel better!

Nausea is a common symptom of the flu. I would just eat something lite like toast or crackers or some soup till you feel better.

Maybe you had some bad fruit or vegetable. Your body has memory of things like that. Built-in defense mechanism. Listen to your body.

You're probably getting sick. A stomach bug or even the flu can put you off of certain foods for a while. Wait and see if it gets better.

You should try to throw up, it's a sign of a malady and your body is trying to tell you how to get rid of it. If you throw up you might start to feel better.

Maybe you have the flu. Try some toast and don't force yourself to eat right now.
