Hey they really can! Seeds could get hung in your colon. So can pepper, nuts, corn or any small type of seed.

Not good as in bad tasting or not good for you? Some chefs remove the seeds because they change the taste of the tomato flesh.

Even if that is true, tomato seeds have very tough shells and they never get digested by the stomach acids. Therefore, they are passed unaffected out of the digestive track.

Hence, your body never gets exposed to whatever is in them.

Don't believe all what you hear and half what you see.

Maybe he thinks a tomato plant will grow inside your tummy, but the worst thing I can think of is either they have a high concentration of niacin in them or that they are not digestible. Neither of which will hurt you unless you ate a barrel of them.

I'm 99% sure they are not BAD for you.

for normal people they're fine. but some people cant digest the seeds. my aunt has to do that because they'll make her really sick.

no seeds are good for you especially if you have Diverticulosis or Diverticulitis which are colon conditions
