I have a medical condition that - when it flares up - creates overwhelming fatigue. I was wondering what nutritional advice out there that people with actual chronic fatigue would be able to give me?
I'm just asking because I know that so many are frustrated with the inability of modern medicine to deliever relief become rather savy when it comes to supplements.

I also get extreme fatigue when my Lupus flares. My doctors and nutritionist have recommended high doses of Vitamin B/B complex. This vitamin is know to help give your body more energy...

Get yourself on a good mulitvitamin that is well absorbed by your body and a good antioxidant supplement. Be theses are a brand that is well absorbed by your body. Stay away from diet sodas made with Aspartame.

i would eat fresh fruits and veggiesand drink plenty of water i hope you feel better
