I don't think I really even need an answer to this one, but I'm going to ask anyway just for people's input.
Okay, so someone told me that having sex is good for period cramps because orgasms reduce the pain.
Please tell me that this is a lie, because that's really just disgusting.

I've had insomnia for about 2 months now sleeping on average 2-3 hours a night. I just can't fall asleep. I can appreciate a good joke or a funny answer but in all fairness i'm desperate and i'd like serious answers only please. And prescription drugs are not an option, I've seen my mom go through sleeping pill addiction and that was hell and I do not want to follow.

I was once told that it is better to keep using the same solution, but someone told me yesterday that it is better to change every now and again. Who is right? Who can tell? Should I just buy the cheapest stuff in the chemists?

One of me best friends just got the biopsy back…not good news.

She has no insurance, and the bills are already mounting, even before she was diagnosed.

I want to throw a benefit for her, but don’t even know where to begin.

Are the special rules and guidelines that must be followed? Or is it just do whatever.

Any advice and links to helpful web sites or books would be greatly appreciated.
