There is an over the counter remedy that helps bruises to go away, it's vitamin E. take 400 I.U. daily and it should help. I.U. is short for international units. Just don't exceed 1,000 I.U. a day as this could make you ill. It's how vitamin E is measured. Best of luck to you.

Concealer will do just that - conceal the bruise!
Distilled witch hazel will bring out the bruise so it disappears faster.
Both are available from Boots, so easy to get hold of.
If you have neither and are really desperate, then rubbing a bit of talcum powder over it (and blending it in to the skin around the bruise too) will make it look paler and not quite so noticeable.

it depends where it is? you could use foundation to cover up and use witch hazel this will reduce the bruising

get some concealer -- its some sort of girly make up - does the trick onloove bites too!!
