Here are a couple home remedies you can try:

1. Cover the boil with Hunts tomato paste as a compress. The acids from the tomatoes soothe the pain an bring the boil to a head.

2. Use a cream called ichthamol ointment (can find easier at a small drugstore rather than a chair store. It is a drawing salve thats been around for a long time.

3. Applt fat from bacon to the boil and let sit 10-15 mins per day. Boil will come to a head in 3-10 days and will drain on its own.

4. To releave pain and remove infected core from a boil create a poultive from a soap like SunLight Laundry bar soap or any soap that has a lot of lye in it (facial soap wont work). Scrape soap with a knife to make a fine powder and add equal amount of white sugar... add just enough water to make a gooey pase. Apply a bandage and place over the boil. This will draw the infectious center of the boil and create a head in the center.

With that said-- need anymore information try the website I have provided below.

I get these quite frequently under my breasts. Yes, very painful. I have tried everything. The best way to do it for myself is to use a clean steralized razor blade and lance it, then use peroxide with a bandage. Because it will drain a smelly substance for about a day. To help releive the pain if you don't want to do this yourself. There is a boil creame on the market ( walgreens ) that helps releive the soreness. It does work for me. GL. Go to the Dr. if you don't want to lance it yourself.

Put a hot compress on it for a few minutes at a time. Such as a hot washcloth, hand towel, etc. As hot as he can stand it agains his skin. Keep it on there for a few mintues at a time and keep doing it...it should soften and drain the boil. Please, do not try to pop it or stick something in it to drain it. (May lead to infection)

if he is a diabetic get to the doctor right a way, in the mean time soak it with the hottest water he can stand to soften it and bring it to a head then pop it to get it to drain, it must heal from the inside out, to take care of it just keep a clean dry bandage on it and keep soaking it with hot water and screes it as much as possible to keep it open.

Okay, if he has a fever, the boil is oozing, bleed, smells bad, or is causing him severe pain I suggest you go see a doctor.

It means it infected and it has to be incised and drained. The doctor should also prescribe an antibiotic.
