hi doctor,
i have been suffering from myopia(short sight i suppose) right from my 14years.now i am 23 years. i got my eyes checked earlier in 2003.since then i have not changed my lenses. i work as a software engineer and has to be in computer all the time. i do watch a lot of television programmes. i know that my eye sight would have been increased. my last sight was -4 in right eye and -4.5 in left eye. i came to know abt the laser treatement to avoid glasses. can i undergo the operation as such or should i take some preliminary checkups with the eye doctor. what is the cost of these laser treatement in indian rupees. and what will be the accuracy of this operation. hope some one will guide me..

is this possibly hypoglycemia? It is terrible....I'm one of those people on the run and often forget to eat. Within the last month or so....I get down right nasty with people when I haven't eaten. It's weird! Any ideas?

I was talking to a person who says they are a woman trapped in a mans body. "She" says that she was born with xyx chromosomes instead of just xx or xy. She says that while developing as an embryo in the womb, it caused the hormones to change her body into a boy, but not her mind. I know there are really people who feel like this, and I'm not out to debate about how right or wrong it is, or whatever. what i want to know, is if its possbile for that scenario to happen with ones genes and development as an embryo. how do 3 gender chromosomes get passed instead of 2? how does that effect development? is it a real genetic malfunction? please only educated answers, im looking for fact, not opinion. thankyou.
this person has no extra parts, they were born completly as a boy in the physical sense, but has always felt like a girl in their heart and mind, and truly believes that they are. i find this interesting & sad if its true. it would be horrible to feel like you are in the wrong bod

I am 29 years old and unmarried I have problem of premature ejaculation. If I start masturbation I got ejaculation in very few minutes (in a minute or few strokes). Twice I had intercourse with call girls. I used condoms, also in a minute I had an ejaculation after I started reciprocation.
In mind I have some doubts:
1. Is it the problem cause of I started masturbation in earlier stage at age 13or14?

Is this just a phase? Whats going on? All she thinks about is black guys. Let me state she is white and jst turned 13 a few days ago . I mean im i white guy and i think J Lo is hott but i dont think every black girl out there is hott. Im not being racial i jst gotta know what the hells going on. Let me also state i am her older brother and i dont like the thought of my little sister being with boys at all and exspecially boys of any other race but white and i think all guys that have little sisters can relate somewhat to that. I get rather offended when people use the gay steriotype to define things. Also when they use rumors, or myths to base answers on. WHY?!?!? And just for the record, it is IMPOSSIBLE for anyone to be turned gay. And just because some people enjoy alternate joys in the bedroom, does dictate their sexuality. I know all babies are differant so this is probably a stupid question,but i'd like to hear that this is normal. She was a late crawler,now she gets away faster than lightening. She pulls herself up,walks around furniture,and occationally lets go and stands alone,even looks around to see if we notice. Please tell me there's no reason to worry:)
