I was talking to a person who says they are a woman trapped in a mans body. "She" says that she was born with xyx chromosomes instead of just xx or xy. She says that while developing as an embryo in the womb, it caused the hormones to change her body into a boy, but not her mind. I know there are really people who feel like this, and I'm not out to debate about how right or wrong it is, or whatever. what i want to know, is if its possbile for that scenario to happen with ones genes and development as an embryo. how do 3 gender chromosomes get passed instead of 2? how does that effect development? is it a real genetic malfunction? please only educated answers, im looking for fact, not opinion. thankyou.
this person has no extra parts, they were born completly as a boy in the physical sense, but has always felt like a girl in their heart and mind, and truly believes that they are. i find this interesting & sad if its true. it would be horrible to feel like you are in the wrong bod

The only way this is genetically possible would show signs of deformity. Such as the he/she effect to the body or hormonal effects, such as hair growth to the body of the opposite sex, breast on a male, receding hair line on a woman, deep male voice on a woman, or a true woman's voice, not by force. Other wise you are looking at a psychological chemical imbalance. Posing as a I should have been, but am not syndrome. Unless there was a study done by a doctor with the hormone or was actually born as a boy, no male genitals were shown until a later date such as teens. Where the parents were not aware until they just popped out. Which this has happened a total of 598 times in the last 5 years. NO NO NO there is no such thing as born a man but really a woman or vice versa. anyone who says anything about there chromosomes is lying. genetics is very touchy and anything extra is a mutation. you would be messed up physically not just think you want to be a woman instead of a dude. your friend is confused in the worst way, but there are drugs for that luckily.
