How to get funding for NGOs in India ?

Question

i am working with a charitable hospital in Mumbai. We have 14 day care centers and two well equipped hospitals,which are rendering healthcare services to more than 1,50,000 beneficiaries in Mumbai, Navi-Mumbai and Raigad districts. Our major concern is increasing our revenue. So i am inviting answers for this.

Please don't mind, you could be genuine, but NGO funding has become business, duping and scam with many these days.

Theoretical answers could hardly serve any purpose. Think of practical options.
