What do you do if your skin punctured by a poisonous century plant?

hand was punctured by century plant. It is very painful and can hardly move it now.

call your doctor asap. try to squeeze the posion out of your hand. try icing it, it will freeze it i think, idk im not a doctor so call your own doctor!
