my step mum complains hear sound on her left ear and ats very uncomfortable,her blood preasure is normal she is not on daily medication,the ear doesn't itch or pain her but the sound is very discomforting pls help.

I did drugs and drank alot when i was 17, now that i been away from that i realized im not the same person as i once was before i did drugs. can i go back to my old self if so how?
i was never so scared to try anything or had insecurties so bad i always thought when i did drugs i was myself and without them i wasnt, im not as smart as i was i just feel like im gone and can tget it back

well i know that lifting weights may influence your height a lil but if you skip or jump around a lot will you grow taller?oh yeah i even heard that if you hang on the door or something like that you will grow taller and i am a guy so dont give me a site or women!

my toe nails grow very very slowlyand some of them i think they dont grow at all and they appear light blue ,too
