might be a hernia. visit a doctor

Firstly any pain in the abdomen needs to be investigated by a doctor and fast; otherwise it may become an emergency. You do not say anything about your gender or age and therefore it is difficult to tell from your description. If the pain is in the lower left abdomen you probably have an infected or ruptured diverticula. If you are a girl it could also be an ovarian problem or an ectopic pregnancy. See a doctor ASAP please.

Possibly gas. But if it persist and you experience other symptoms like shortness of breath, tingling of fingers or pain on left arm, see a doctor ASAP.

How long has it been going on? Could be ensuing appendicitis.
Please get yourself to a doctor. You only have a short time before it could become peritonitis, which if it didn't kill you would be a long, long hospital battle. No panic, but today, not tomorrow!
