Try a local gym, weight lifting and all that. Explain your situtation to one of the instructors and they should be able to recomend a good plan. Otherwise, eat healthy. If you really want to gain weight,up your calorie intake just a little. By like, 200 cal or so. Be careful though. You really should talk to a doctor or fitness instructr about it.

Increase your calorie intake, but make it healthy foods (not junk, sodas, sugar, etc)...there are also high calorie drinks (like Ensure) that help people gain or maintain weight that have trouble doing so for medical reasons, no appetite, fast metabolism, etc...
Also, talk to your doc about this next time you visit her/him...they may have some healthy suggestions as well...

Eat larger amounts of "good" foods. More frequent meals. Focus on nuts and other high calorie foods. Keep exercising. Lift weights. As you know muscle weighs more than fat and looks a lot better too.

Under medical or physical trainer supervision. Local gym, or your family doctor. A nutritionist at school or work can also assist. Best of luck. Be well.
