some of us just need fat on our bones! how can i gain a lot of wieght in less than 4 weeks?

Increase your calorie intake and increase the amount of food you eat. Shakes are a good way to gain weight as is ice cream. I'm leaving a website for you. Apparently they have specific diets and books you can purchase to gain weight.

If you are underweight, you may want to see your doctor just to be certain you don't have a form of diabetes which makes you skinny rather than fat.

Good luck to you, I was once just like you, and after the age of 35 I had to start watching my weight as it went the other way.

Eat alot of protien and carbohydrates and work out regularly. I once tried eating steak everyday for a week with plenty of carbs and I gained 8 pounds of muscle.

Preparing for winter then? Just eat as much carbs as possible, make sure you eat at least 6 potatoes a day, you'll do just fine!

mashpotatoes and gravy, buttered bread, will put it on faster than sweets.
