I have a hard time sleeping too, Massage works, so does cutting back on sugar and caffine, an hour before bed, write down your worries and put them aside, you can get back to those in the morning. Don't excersise late in the evenings, that can keep you up to, take a bath in lavender scents and drink some sweet dreams tea... I think I am out of ideas...

Reading a relaxing book helps,as well as taking a warm shower or bath, exercising an hour before sleep works good too.

I've just answered the question posted by "ohdarlingletgo" in the same categories here - "I can't sleep"

I suggest that u just switch on ur computer, look 4 the games that really boring. Continue 2 play till bored.

Remember, don't switch 2 other new & exciting games.
It'll 1 day makes u fall asleep easily.

No harm 4 a try.

My suggestion you guys are do more exercises when you are free or after work so that you can go back in normal life sleep at nite and wake up with full energy, why not go for a spa too?.. Surely it will help where you can really relax yourself..

hey we bled George Washington to make him healthy.....maybe you should listen to strangers about your health..... Remember everything started out as anecdotal once.... I told my doc I thought i was sleeping good except for the snoring my wife puts up with..... We did a sleep study at the local neruology outpatient overnite hotel..... ($2000) my o2 sat was down to 80%, I was going from a deep sleep to almost awake 117 times in my 6 hrs of "sleep" got on the c-pap machine and been sleeping like a baby.... wife is real happy and my drain bamage is easing up...... ie.... see a pro first .....unless you are going to a junior college than ask a neighbor or a politician.....

Okay, three things. Warm milk, chammomile tea, and lavender bubble baths. It sounds like you may be pressed for time, so maybe the bath is out, but try the tea and slightly warmed milk. If these natural solutions do not work for you, then maybe you should talk to a doctor about a sleep aid prescription.

drink milk! it helps a lot-well at least for me.
and dont watch tv or play computer 2 hours before you sleep because it keeps you awake.
and also stop eating at around 7 or 8 because that keeps you awake also.
but do listen to music! and put on the sleeping timer for like an hour.
it will sure make you fall asleep. i hope this helps.

firstly make your mind up that you are going to go to bed early, the more you think you have a sleep problem the worse it gets. tell yourself your gong to have a nice early night, have a warm bath, a nice milky drink (no caffeine) maybe a good book, last but not least clean bed sheets that smell of lots of conditioner and not to forget a comfy pillow. good luck

its probably bec ur used to going to bed late and waking up late. so try to get up early in the morning, put on the alarm...

at night, dont go to bed when u dont feel sleepy and tired yet. and when u do, dont think of anything.. relax ur mind.. u shouldnt have that feeling of paranoia that u wont be able to sleep; bec if u do, the more u wont be able to sleep. relax and it works.
