its getting quite out of hand

It could be many things like others have suggested. I'd like to add one more... One possibility that many doctors don't test for (but should) is celiac disease-- a sensitivity to wheat products and gluten protein found in rye, barley, and possibly oats. I had problems for years until I found out just recently that I'm a celiac. If you have any allergies, especially allergies to other foods, don't hesitate to ask your doctor for an ELISA test to rule out celiac disease or gluten sensitivity.

You should get yourself to the doctor. It could be anything from what you're eating to irritable bowel syndrome to colon cancer. Do see the doctor.

I guess you are skinny? Be glad, you've got a fast metabolism. If your over weight, then I don't know!
