how do i go poop?
i'm a T.B.I. (Tramatic. Brain. Injury.), i was in a three month coma. i don't know how to sh_t. beside's having something put up your butt whole to poop. i started useing the shiter, but i sit on the thron. nohin' will come out. wat do i do?
i'm sick of waiting till my digestive system is so full that is just flow's out. i don't wanna go back to wearing a brife (dipper), i'll do any thing. even go to the extent of asking compleat stranger's.

this is a funny qestion to some people, but i don't give. at lest i'm man enuff to ask. u people try pissing & shitting on your self. it aint comfterbull. 19-20 year's old getting a dipper rash..............

It says take with a meal, I'm just wondering if there's a specific time, as in before you start eating, little ways threw, or after your done?

You may laugh but its a good question, since I'm curious if you take it first it has a heads start on the actual food or you need to wait for the food to buffer its dissolve.

I have scolosis so it has stunted my growth some not sure if that would affect the proper weight or not....

I am looking for info about my local tap water, how healthy it is, etc. I would also be interested in finding information about tap water in the US and the health effects. I have already been told by nutritionalists that its bad, but would love some proof for my friend who is prego and was told that the sodium in the tap water is something she needs. even if the tap water has ONE good benefit, doesnt all the other crap counter-act it? i know drinking it now and then probably wont hurt anyone, but i would love to see some info on long term effects. any sources would be helpful, thanks!
