Nahh..... I experience that too. Really nothing to be worried about. Your body can never be completely still, so maybe sometimes you notice your body vibrating more than others. If you are concerned, see a doctor just in case.

i have the same problem. i especially experienced this in school. i would be sitting there in the toilet and all of a sudden my foot would start to shake, and then soon after my leg, and right after that both my legs would shake, stopping each time. i dont know what it is, but i dont worry about it. i may worry about it when it happens and sometimes i cant stop it and i would just take in deep breaths and it would stop finally. just the other day i had made a lovesong dedication to someone via website, and throughout mentioning the song, going to a break, mentioning me and what i had wrote, my whole body was shaking from head to toe. i didnt realise it, but i suspect it's because i was getting freaked out. i realised that if i was freaking out while this was happening, then mayb that's why that would happen at school - because of freaking out. the more u freak out, the worse it gets. best advice - dont freak out or panic

They could be tremors. Has anything happened physically to you? I get that but i have a neuro muscular disorder after an accident i had, mine is permanent no cure.....Maybe you should see a doctor, it may be from a nerve pinching.

WHAT IT IS:
Most likely a muscle spasm.
SHOULD I WORRY?:
Don't worry, all it is is one of your muscles twitching a little bit, it happens to me all the time. Whenever I get mad, I get one on my eyelid. I've been having those for over a decade, and I'm fit as an ox :D

It's your muscles twitching. It happens anywhere at any time. I mostly have it happen in my lower eyelids. Weird. I think it's from your muscle being tired.

usually a simple muscle twitch or spasm. Its harmless, unless it is painful or affects your daily life.
