Stress can induce muscle twitching of the eye lids which is probably most common but if the face starts to twitch along with it then seek help from a neurologist. it shouldn't affect your vision, if it is then you need to be seen for further workup including; complete blood test, sed rate, MRI, and carotid artery work up

Stress can cause all kinds of physical problems. You should go and have your eyes checked....
You don't mention what is happening with your eyes, or your age, so there are too many things besides stress to consider.

stress can cause many things ,includeing bad eyes. your whole body is stressed out with worry, fituge, you dont want to eat & a loss of weight from stress can be dangerous. if you are that stressed out, seek professional help & find out the cause of your stress. good luck!

Stress can caused the blood pressure to increase which then could affect the eyes.
Go see your doctor. You may have a serious problem developing.
