Having been told by a well meaning physio that I should accept the fact that I will suffer increasing pain throughout my life, (degenerative spinal condition), I am searching for ways to minimise my pain and maximise my future physical abilities with minimum medical intervention. Having been very active, I am finding myself more restricted. The frustration is almost unbearable. To know this will only get worse is quite daunting to comprehend. Anyone out there in a similar situation with tried and tested coping mechanisms or general positive suggestions?

i feel like killing myself most of the time. but sometimes i love life n wouldn't leave it. i don't know why. i hav a bf who really loves me. but i feel as though he isn't a good enough reason 4 me 2 live.

Is it more likely for a male to spread the HIV virus to a female than a female spreading it to a male?

Also.. if I was having sexual-intercourse with a infected female.(hypothetically)
What are the chances of me catching the HIV virus if I just had unprocted anal sex with her? Or the odds

I know that if you have unprotected vaginal sex you have a good chance of catching the virus but what about anal?

I think I might be so I kind of need help.

Okay, my eyebrow piercing currently has a 16g silver barbell in it and it's always swelling up and getting infected and what not. I don't know why because I clean it daily. Most of the time the swelling subsides but comes right back.

I just got my cartilage pierced around 2 months ago and at first there were no problems but now it's swelling and looking gross. Not infected gross but just...ugh.

Does anyone else have a similar problem with this kind of jewelry? I'm going to get it checked out next week by my piercer and see if they can change both piercings to something with pure gold in it seeing as how I've never had problems with that.

Oh and just out of curiosity, when I get it changed, will the swelling stop or continue? or...am I being slow? I dunno, I just wanna make it stop. :|
