This will work. Skip a night's sleep. The next evening you'll be ready to turn in at 10.

Before you are ready to sleep start a routine, like washing of your makeup and brushing your teeth. You need to do this everyday, so is to have a psychological print that when you do those things you are about to go to bed.

Once in bed, try this trick. It should help.

Imagine yourself climbing a flight of stairs and with every step you get more and more tired. By the time you are on the last step (if you get there, chances are you will already be asleep) you are ready to sleep.

Force yourself to get up at dawn. Exercise daily. Stop using computers and watching TV around 8 pm to wind down. Start reading a boring book at bedtime.
