Pot usually stays in your system for 30 days. However if you just took a toke it probably wouldn't show up in a urine screen. If you must take a piss test then I would suggest drinking LOTS of water right before.

drink water, but dont drink to much, (water posioning) now you have never smoked before so if you only took a hit just drink a few glasses a day. then when you wake up, go to the restroom because urine is the dirtyest in the morning. Then befor eyou go take the test drink 4-5 glasses of water, than way you will be hydrated moving more water through the passage then picking upt he excess THC. Believe me, been there done that
