i got like bumps on my upper arm. im pretty sure they are ingrown hairs. what can i do about it?

and the wierd thing is i dont wax or shave them and i hardly wear long sleeves and if i do its like loose jakets

I have those. You just gotta get a great body scrub and scrubber and pretty much rub your skin raw so the hairs are exposed, and then continue giving that area special treatment every day in the shower.

This could be ingrown hairs, but could also be exema. If the area is dry and itchy it could very well be exema and a gentle scrub plus a good sensitive skin lotion could help, but it may require a Dr.'s help to fix. If it is ingrown hair I would have to ask two questions...do you shave/wax your arms or do you wear alot of clothing with form-fitting sleeves because these would be the most likely cause of ingrown hairs...
