glucosamine and chondritin tablets. It takes a week or so to start working on all your body joints. No side affects, at least to me. When I started to use it, could barely walk w/o pain in knees. Now out playing softball again. Recommended by a friend that had two knee ops.

Wasn't sure if it was the glucosamine making me better or me getting back in shape so I stopped... OUCH... two weeks later the pains came back.

soak in a hot bath, asprin are hard on your stomach switch to tylenol and get some icy hot next time you are out. or bengay. at your age if your joints hurt you may have something more serious though , like fibromyalgia. My daughter complained in her teens about her ankles and such, and i thought she was silly, now shes dealing with this very real health problem related to arthritus. ask a doctor about it.

Are you overweight? If you are you have probably done some serious damage to your knees and losing weight might help but not if you have already damaged the joint.

Try sleeping with a pillow between your knees so they aren't resting on one another. Wear a GOOD pair of running shoes with good support at work.
