Try munching or in fact,melting chocolates in your mouth,when you feel like smoking.Chocolates are highly controlling too.But you can quit them easy.Try it.One of my friends tried chocolates & quit the habit.You can do it too.

besides determination please eat early morning first thing boiled potato ( without white salt ) and drink few glasses of tomato juice everyday...they have natural nicotine.
