i lost my whole voice i have no idea what to do i cannot utter a word cant laugh i'm scared !

until you can talk again use a pen and paper rest your voice as much as you can so it gets better.
BTW hope you have been doctors they will give you some think to help

It may be a sign from the good Lord telling you to listen, and an exercise in patience. Pray about it and ask God for help getting through this trial.

I had the same scenerio as you few years back..It just happened the moment I got up from bed. Do drink more water and it will recover...God Bless You...

Don't be scared. It's laryngitis and will heal itself in a few days. Don't force yourself to talk because then it will take longer to heal.

dont force yourself to talk. Whispering uses more muscles than talking and will result in your healing being delayed.
Dont stress,make sure you drink lots of lemon tea and have lots of lozengers =) have fun!

its just a matter of time... i once lost my voice completely and I got so scared... You'll be fine... go seeea doctor you might have a bacteria in your throat... i forgot its name.
