go on a diet,eat fruit first thing in the morning before you eat anything else,it helps burn the fat from any food you eat later!
nothing you can do about your height!
but i would suggest that you worry a bit more about your English grammar than your height,it will help you a lot more in later life than being tall!!

Height is hereditary, but diet can also be a factor. It depends on how much your femur grows. Most people stop getting taller after about the age of 22.
If you really want to be tall, take hormones or something, but you're probably not going to get taller... ever.

do some yoga it'll straighten your spine and give you the appearance of being taller, you'll also trim down which has the benefit of making you look taller
or else you could hang by your hands from a branch of a tree(not a bonsai, something at least tall enough to elevate you from the ground) and have some heavy weights attached to your feet to stretch yourself!
