I can't tell you exactly what you have, but if your lymph nodes are involved, your body has activated its immune system. Since this has been going on for several months, you should really figure this out fast before it spreads to other areas of your body. Perhaps you need more specialized care than an urgent care doctor. Maybe you should call and ENT (ear, nose, throat) doctor. Since this is their area of expertise, it is more likely that they can diagnose your specific problem.

your swollen tonsils will cause everything else to swell. somtimes alkseltzer for cold and sinus will help you to feel better but you need to be on an antibiotic

You definitely need to get some antibiotics
immediately.See a doctor.You can also get something for the pain if it is bothering you
severely.

sounds like you have a infection going on and you should get to the doctors tomorow i would not wait.
