i want to know what steps each one need to walk everyday?

Make sure you only walk "Half way" so you can get back in a full, single trip.

I have no particular expertise here, just personal experience.
What worked for me is don't worry about the distance, rather focus on the time you spend walking. Depending on your existing level of fitness, start at 20 minutes, slowly increase it to one to two hours.
Don't forget to stretch first and afterwards! Even walking this is important and will reduce your risk of injury.

Watch out for that knee joint, could be a problem later in life, and both hip joints, alot of people favor one or the other, take care of both of those suckers. Let the pain talk to you, feel the burn and speak to it. Tell it you own it, say " I OWN YOU MR. PAIN." Crack your toe knuckles before a brisk walk, that one always helps me, and rember don't be afraid to do a couple of juke moves out there, keep em on their toe's wonderin witch way your gonna go.

It depends on yout feet capability. If you walk til the moment that you feet start to get tired, then you should stop. Don't want to spoil your knee joint.

Serisouly, there is no NUMBER. It all depends on you. If you eat a lot, walk a lot.

hi...how much one shud walk everyday depends on wat purpose u wanna fulfill...n i guess it hardly matters how many kilometres u walk..i mean if u wanna loose weight...walking half an hour wid normal speed burns around 130 calories....(which u can gain by consuming juz one 300ml coke)...so its upto how many cals u wanna burn...
