Absolutely nothing changed when my husband got his vasectomy done. In fact, our intimacy is better and we have sex more often, due to knowing that we are not going to conceive any more children.
I think you need to see a counsellor about the feelings you're having, as you are experiencing problems in your mind, not your body.

Yes I had it done. At first I thought it was something medical and that I was not the same man. But I over came that feeling and now after 5 years I am back to my normal manly self. I don't have any more problems achieving a real hard on. I feel great about myself and my abilities to preform adequately with my partner. It was different but then I realized that I was really free to not be concern with my partner getting pregnant.
Once I really realized that, and came to grips with that fact and not worrying about what I thought I had lost, sex has been really enjoyable.
Also having a great partner, loving and willing to work with me on the my feeling really helped too.
I am older now and I guess wiser and my de-powerment has all but vanished. If you have lost a little of your physical abilities it ma not be from the Vasectomy but just getting older in age. Take a deep breathe, relax and enjoy your new found gift of sexual life. Work within your abilities and help them get stronger as time goes on by action and positive thinking.
Also have a check up once a year if you are over 40. Good Luck

Vasectomy increases stamina . Worry of pregnancy is not there. No condom or pills needed. Testosterone secretion is the same.Lady is more responsive. Foreplay can be prolonged and both partners can adapt any posture. Premature ejaculation almost never occurs. .

Eat more protein, drink more water. Take up a new physical activity, like Tae Kwon Do or something. If you don't feel better in 3 or 4 weeks, definitely call your doctor.
