I'm scheduled to get my lasik done this friday and I just want to know what your experience was like. I'm having my nearsightedness corrected. SO tell me about after surgery, healing process, irritation, night vision issues, etc ... anything I should know.

I was 13...he was 15. We were outside during a party around a fire, I was sitting he was standing. He said, 'Stand up.' I did, he raised my chin looked into my eyes...and we did it. I went to the doctor last Sunday and they said I had an ear infection and he gave me meds for pain and an antibiotic. Today is Wednesday now and I am still in pain and that feeling like i have cotton in my ear. Is this normal or should I go back to the doctor?

People these days smoke a lot enough though most of them know how bad it is for you. Wouldn't that be just plain stupidity knowing that you're killing yourself, but yet, you still do it? Why don't people care about themselves? It's so sad to watch somebody you love die from smoking.

I know their contact lenses solutions are bad and can cause blindness. What about lenses? Are they OK? Or should I change them for some other type?
