I know their contact lenses solutions are bad and can cause blindness. What about lenses? Are they OK? Or should I change them for some other type?

They should be OK. Check with your eyecare professional (doctor) to be sure.

I have worn their lenses before and a few others. The eye professionals I consulted most recently didn't have a problem with the lenses, just the solution.
I quit using their solution years ago in any case. Made my eyes itch.

In my professional opinion, Johnson & Johnson makes the best lenses. But it also depends on where you live geographically. The U.S. has certain standards for a lens, while Europe and Asia do not.

I have used B&L lenses all my life....but I didnt know about their solutions.....is that true??
